Student Orgs Content Submission Information
We are providing the opportunity for as many people as possible to be a part of the book and have a piece of their Ohio University experience documented in a timeless piece of OHIO’s history. Since this book is distributed for free around the time of the spring commencement ceremonies, many people will see the content that you share with us, helping to promote your organization.
We are looking for pictures and a small blurb or captions for the photos that you would like to share with us. Or, if your organization produces visual content, we would love to feature a spread of your work. The page dimensions are 8 inches by 8 inches. We will give your organization complete credit.
If you would like to submit content, please use the submission form below!
Please provide multiple high-resolution photographs specific to your group, a caption for each photograph, description of your group (specific to milestones reached in this academic year, 100 word maximum), and any other related graphic content. For each caption, please reference the filename of the photograph to which you are referring. Photographs should be uploaded to the shared space, not embedded in another document. Barring extenuating circumstances, a general credit will be given to your group. If the photographer would like specific credit, please specify in the document with your captions and refer to the file name of the photograph.
Photographs should be submitted in “.JPG”, “.JPEG”, “.TIF”, or “.TIFF”.
Written content should be submitted in “.doc”, “.docx”, “.PDF”, or “.txt”.
We would like this content by March 1st, 2021 by 5:00 PM with some flexibility.
